Public Notice: Temporary Use Permit 26-03 (Renewal of TUP 23-04):

Pursuant to Section 494 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that input for the following Temporary Use Permit will be gathered until the submission deadline of May 28, 2026, at 4:00PM. This permit is issuable under delegated authority pursuant to meeting criteria as specified in Section 31 of the District of Ucluelet Development Application Procedures Bylaw No. 1350, 2024.

Purpose: In general terms, the purpose of this permit is to allow a Cannabis Sales use to continue at 250 Main Street (Harbour Cannabis).
