Public Notice: Public Hearing Zoning Bylaw Amendment RZ24-14 -560 Marine Drive
Pursuant to Sections 466 of the Local Government Act a Public Hearing will be held for District of Ucluelet Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1382, 2025 on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, commencing at 4:00 PM. This Public Hearing will be held both in-person in the George Fraser Community Room in the Ucluelet Community Centre, located at 500 Matterson Drive, Ucluelet B.C. and electronically via the Zoom platform.

Purpose: The purpose of this proposed bylaw, in general terms, is to amend the District of Ucluelet Zoning Bylaw No. 1160, 2013, to allow, in the CD-2 zone, twelve residential dwelling units (rental only), five resort condo dwelling units, a twelve room hotel and one neighbourhood pub where currently the zoning bylaw allows six residential dwelling units and a neighbourhood pub.
