Public Notice: Temporary Use Permit (Renewal of TUP 23-08)
Pursuant to Section 494 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that input for the following Temporary Use Permit will be gathered until the submission deadline of May 28, 2026, at 4:00PM. This permit is issuable under delegated authority pursuant to meeting criteria as specified in Section 31 of the District of Ucluelet Development Application Procedures Bylaw No. 1350, 2024.

Purpose: In general terms, the purpose of this permit is to allow fish processing, retail and wholesale seafood sales within one new 84ml (30 ft. x 30 ft.) fish processing and sales building to be located on the existing Neptune Ice wharf at 1341 Eber Road. This permit would also allow a mobile food vending unit to operate at northwestern corner of the property.
Attend: Anyone who believes this Temporary Use Permit will affect their interests is encouraged to make a written submission.
