Pursuant to Section 494 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that input for the following Temporary Use Permit will be gathered until the submission deadline of February 4th, 2026, at 4:00PM. This permit is issuable under delegated authority pursuant to meeting criteria as specified in Section 31 of the District of Ucluelet Development Application Procedures Bylaw No. 1350, 2024.

Purpose: The Purpose of this proposed Temporary Use Permit, in general terms, is to renew Temporary Use Permit 23-07 to continue a vacation rental use in a secondary suite at 1633 Holly Crescent for a further period of 3 years.
