Canada Post Service Disruption – Utility Notices

In light of the current Canada Post service disruption coinciding with the scheduled distribution of Utility Notices, the District of Ucluelet advises residents to make appropriate preparations. Interruptions in postal service may result in delays in both the delivery of notices and the receipt of payments.

Ways to receive your Utility Notice during the service disruption:

  1. Pick up your notice at the Municipal Office
    • Open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (excluding statutory holidays).
  2. Call the Municipal Office to receive your balance over the phone
    • 250-726-7744
  3. Email the District

Ways to pay during the service disruption:

  • Online Banking: Set up the District of Ucluelet as a Payee and select the utility module. Call 250-726-7744 if you need assistance.
  • Drop Box at the Municipal Office: Available during office hours, checked daily.
  • In Person at the Municipal Office: Pay by cash, cheque, or debit (credit cards not accepted). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (excluding statutory holidays).
