Fees and Charges Amendment Bylaw No. 1380, 2025

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 59(2) of the Community Charter, the Council of the District of Ucluelet intends to adopt District of Ucluelet Fees and Charges Amendment Bylaw No.1380, 2025. Persons who consider themselves affected by the proposed bylaw will be given an opportunity to make representations to Council.

In general terms, Bylaw No. 1380, if adopted, would allow charges for rental use of Amphitrite House (Schedule I – Parks & Recreation) and fees related to Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPPA) requests (Schedule A – General and Administrative Fees).Anyone who believes this bylaw may affect their interests is invited to make a written submission and/or will have an opportunity to be heard at the Regular Council Meeting on July 8, 2025.

Participate by Written Submission

All written submissions must be received no later than noon on July 3, 2025. Submissions may be dropped off, mailed, or emailed.

Please note that all submissions will form part of the public record in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
