Public Notice: Peninsula Road Sanitary Sewer Upgrades

Dear Residents,

On behalf of the District of Ucluelet, Hazelwood Construction Services will be starting work on the Peninsula Road Sanitary Sewer Upgrades on Monday September 14. Work is planned to be complete by the end of October.

Hazelwood will be installing new sanitary piping where the red line is shown on map below, and will have traffic control in place during construction. Please be extra careful when traveling through the job site, and obey traffic flaggers and signage.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm.

Crews will ensure there is always access to your home/business and there will be no disruptions to your water or sewer services.

Parking and driveway/alley access will be impacted as construction progresses, however crews will keep disruptions as short as possible, and always communicate upcoming works so no vehicles end up stranded.
