Public Notice: Submit Bylaw Complaints Through Service Request Tool
Dear Residents,
The District of Ucluelet has updated our Service Request form. Residents are now able to file Bylaw complaints through the service request form.
Complainant information is considered confidential and will not be released to the public unless ordered by the Province. By making a complaint, you are consenting to having a bylaw officer contact you for the purpose of collecting additional information. In rare cases, the municipality may require the complainant to come forward as a witness in a prosecution. A complainant would normally be interviewed concerning this requirement at the time of the initial complaint or during the interview process.
Complaints can be submitted either through our service requests page here , or in writing. Should you submit your request online, you must include:
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A brief description of the issue and relevant history
- Photos (not required but helpful)
