Public Notice: Notice of Construction and Fence Removal

Dear Residents,

Please be aware of the construction activities and fence removal along the gravel access road next to the District of Ucluelet’s Water Treatment Facility at 2701 Tofino-Ucluelet Highway.

Starting Wednesday, October 21, 2026, sections of existing fencing will be removed and replaced with temporary construction fencing and a new permanent access gate. After this date, expect vehicles and equipment working in this area.

No stoppages to traffic flow is expected and areas along the road will be coned off while workers are in the area. Please obey all construction signs.
