Public Notice: Property Tax Information 2026-Arrears

Dear Residents,

Property taxes are due July 2, 2026. Arrears on your property tax notice could include the following:

• Unpaid 2025 ACRD Garbage & Recycling fee.
• Unpaid 2025 Utilities (Water & Sewer).
• Unpaid 2025 Property Taxes (including unclaimed Homeowner Grants and late penalties).
• Unpaid Invoices linked to your property.

Don’t forget to apply for your Homeowner Grant if you are eligible online at: Homeowner Grant BC
