Public Notice: Hemlock Lift Station Replacement-Beginning February 2026

Dear Residents,

Hazelwood Construction Services will be starting work on the Hemlock Lift Station Replacement around late February / early March 2026. The construction of the lift station will then begin in April / May with substantial completion estimated in June / early July.

New sanitary piping will be installed where the line is shown on the map below, and will have traffic control in place during construction. Please be extra careful when traveling through the job site, and obey traffic flaggers and signage.

Project Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Hemlock Detour: While work is happening on Hemlock St, a detour through the marina parking lot will be in place. Residents and guests of the houses and hotels adjacent to the construction site will always have access, and crews will do their best to minimize the inconvenience.

Waterfront Drive: The road will be closed to through traffic and open to local traffic only during construction.
