Public Notice: Temporary Use Permit Renewal – TUP 25-06 – 1604 Peninsula Road

Pursuant to Section 494 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that input for the following Temporary Use Permit (TUP) will be gathered until the submission deadline of September 1st, 2025, at 4:00 PM. This permit is issuable under delegated authority pursuant to meeting criteria as specified in Section 31 of the District of Ucluelet Development Application Procedures Bylaw No. 1350, 2024.

The purpose of this permit, in general terms, is to renew the previously issued Temporary Use Permit 22-09 to allow an infant and toddler daycare facility (Little Beans) for a maximum period of 3 years.
