Public Notice: July 16, 2025, 2:30 PM Seismic Event in Alaska

A large earthquake has occurred in the Pacific Basin near Alaska. The District of Ucluelet Emergency Operations Centre is monitoring the situation and has been in contact with the BC Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness. There is currently no tsunami threat to British Columbia.
