We have the Main Hall and Kitchen, or Activity Room 1 & 2 and the Kitchen, available for wedding rentals.
We can accommodate a group of 150 -180 guests in our Main Hall, and you can easily have a dance floor too. The Activity Rooms can comfortably accommodate 60- 70 for dinner, but dancing is not really a possibility in those rooms.
Main Hall and attached Food Safe Kitchen* is $1275 + GST. A $500 damage deposit will be required at the time of booking.
This includes access to the following:

- 5' round tables – 30 available
- 6' tables – 4 available
- chrome chairs with upholstered back and seat
Activity Room 1 & 2 and Food Safe Kitchen* is $550 + GST. A $150 damage deposit will be required at the time of booking.

* Food Safe Kitchen is equipped with two gas ranges, warming oven, bar fridge and freezer, refrigerator for storage, industrial dish sanitizer/washer, one coffee machine. For a rental fee we can provide banquet or round tablecloths, 10 x 10 tents, and we do have a bbq for use on-site only.
We do not rent out our dishes/cooking pots/glassware. If you are interested in renting locally we recommend Smashing Glasses in Tofino.

As you may know, our Community Centre is located across the street from Big Beach, which provides a beautiful setting for any occasion in particular weddings. For weddings on Big Beach, we require a reservation permit at a $50 fee plus GST.
