Road Closure Notice – Helen Road (Otter Street to Garden Street) | April 24, 2025
Please be advised that Helen Road will be closed to through traffic between Otter Street and Garden Street on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM to allow crews to repair a water main leak.

Local access only – Residents will still be able to access their driveways.

No through traffic – Please plan to use alternative routes during this time.
Please note there is a chance of a temporary water service disruption in this area during the course of the repair. When conducting work on infrastructure, impacts to the community often change as the situation unfolds. We will endeavour to keep notifications flowing as they are available.
