Canada Post Mail Service Disruption: Receiving and Paying Utility Bills, December 5, 2024
As Canada Post has currently suspended all mail service, please use the temporary methods below to receive and pay for your water and sewer bill to avoid late payments.
For residents that are billed monthly, your November utility bill will be ready for pick up at the Municipal office on Friday, December 6, 2024.
Ways to receive your utility bill during service disruptions:
- Pick up your utility bill at the Municipal Office: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM, excluding statutory holidays.
- Call the Municipal Office to receive your balance over the phone: 250-726-7744.
- Email the District for your balance: finance@ucluelet.ca
Ways to pay your utility bill during service disruptions:
- Pay online through your bank by setting up the District of Ucluelet as a Payee and selecting the utilities module. Please call us at 250-726-7744 if you require assistance.
- Drop off your payment in the drop box at the Municipal Office which is checked daily Monday - Friday.
- Pay by cash, cheque or debit at the Municipal Office (credit cards not accepted): Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, excluding statutory holidays.
