Sanitary System Work - Norah Street/ Rainforest Drive - July 29 - Aug 2, 2024
On behalf of the District of Ucluelet, Windley Contracting will be working on the sanitary sewer system in the area of Norah Street and Rainforest Drive during the week of July 29 – August 2, 2024. In order to facilitate this work, detours for local traffic only road closures will be required. The schedule for road closures is as follows:
July 29 & July 30, 2024 - Rainforest Drive Closed at Norah Street. Local traffic only West bound on Rainforest towards closure.
July 31, Aug 1, 2024 - Norah Street Closed at Athlone Road. Local traffic only North and Southbound on Norah Street towards closure.
Aug 2, 2024 AM - Norah Street Closed at Athlone Road. Local traffic only North and Southbound on Norah Street towards closure.
Aug 2, 2024 PM - Rainforest Drive Closed at Norah Street. Local traffic only West bound on Rainforest towards closure.
Works will be ongoing between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM on the days outlined above. When conducting work on live infrastructure, impacts to the community often change as the situation unfolds.
