Notice is hereby given that all Regular Council and Regular Committee of the Whole Meetings, as set out in the annual Council meeting schedule posted on the District’s website and other public notice posting places, are conducted in-person and using electronic or other communications facilities.
These meetings take place in the George Fraser Room in the Ucluelet Community Center at 500 Matterson Drive. Generally, all Council members participate in-person, but occasionally individual members attend these in-person meetings by Zoom. Delegations are also sometimes presented by Zoom.
Members of the public may attend and where applicable participate in these meetings by Zoom or in-person. Online and phone access options are offered by Zoom. Login details and instructions are available at https://ucluelet.ca/community/district-of-ucluelet-council/communicating-with-council. Members of the public may also submit input during the meetings by email to communityinput@ucluelet.ca.
Members of the public may attend the George Fraser Room in the Ucluelet Community Center at 500 Matterson Drive to hear, or watch and hear, these meetings including any Zoom participation.
