Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held in the George Fraser Room at the Ucluelet Community Centre, 500 Matterson Drive, Ucluelet B.C. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, commencing at 3:30 p.m.
The agenda will consist of:
- Zoning Amendment for Cannabis Sales at 1786 Peninsula Road, Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1254, 2019 (3rd Reading)
- Zoning Amendment for Cannabis Sales at 1972 Peninsula Road, Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1255, 2019 (3rd Reading)
- Zoning Amendment for 1557 Larch Road, Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1253, 2019 (3rd Reading)
- Allocation of Reimbursement Funds from Canadian Aircrane
Members of the public are advised that part of the meeting will be closed to the public as issues pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter will be discussed. In accordance with Section 90 of the Community Charter, these issues will be stated by resolution before the meeting is closed and will take the following form:
THAT the September 18, 2019 Special Meeting of Council be closed to the public in order to address items under sections 90(1)(c),(e),(g) and (k) of the Community Charter.
