Ucluelet is developing its first Climate Action Plan and we need your ideas! Please join us for a Climate Action Open House on November 8th and have your say on the actions that the District, our residents, and businesses can take to reduce greenhouse gases in our community.
Later that evening the District is hosting an Electric Vehicles workshop that everyone is welcome to attend. Learn the latest about electric vehicles and their potential to support Ucluelet's climate action goals. No RSVP needed.
The District has partnered with the Community Energy Association to assist in the development of the Ucluelet Climate Action Plan.
The updated Ucluelet Official Community Plan (OCP) has new targets and policies that will greatly support the development of the Climate Action Plan. There is still time to provide comments on the draft OCP, please visit our website to view the document and have your say!
